RE: My problem with Communism

Clean definitions, from wikipedia you didn't bother to quote the major paragraph before that right?

A hierarchy (from the Greek hierarchia, "rule of a high priest", from hierarkhes, "leader of sacred rites") is an arrangement of items (objects, names, values, categories, etc.) in which the items are represented as being "above," "below," or "at the same level as" one another.

That translates to System of Organization.

A hierarchy can link entities either directly or indirectly, and either vertically or diagonally. The only direct links in a hierarchy, insofar as they are hierarchical, are to one's immediate superior or to one of one's subordinates, although a system that is largely hierarchical can also incorporate alternative hierarchies. Indirect hierarchical links can extend "vertically" upwards or downwards via multiple links in the same direction, following a path. All parts of the hierarchy which are not linked vertically to one another nevertheless can be "horizontally" linked through a path by traveling up the hierarchy to find a common direct or indirect superior, and then down again. This is akin to two co-workers or colleagues; each reports to a common superior, but they have the same relative amount of authority. Organizational forms exist that are both alternative and complementary to hierarchy. Heterarchy is one such form.

That describes the system of organization, do you see the word authority in that definition asshole? They are using the word authority to describe how the system functions, not to tell you that it's ok to do immoral acts because someone tells you so. Asshole.

Your next try is adorable as well. Read exactly what you posted... vengeance can imply retribution. You try to somehow twist my words by adding meaning to them. Classic.

I didn't add meaning asshole, Vengeance can imply retribution, they mean exactly the same things.

I advice you to avoid using big words. It is obvious that you are trying to mask your intellectual incapabilities behind them.

Yet it's not obvious that you believe some should make laws and some should not, you don't see whats wrong with forcing people to do things, you don't even understand that people chose to go to work, but that doesn't mean they are forced to follow immoral orders, or follow orders period. You're incapable of resolving the major problem with your "punishment" in that it doesn't work, it has been proven that it doesn't work, and it doesn't equate RESTITUTION asshole, that is why vengeance and retribution are perfect words for punishment, besides the very definition of punishment which implies immoral treatment, because vengeance doesn't imply immorality, it embraces it and doesn't hide behind legality, it is in spite of it, while punishment just like vengeance will never be restitution, only a certain form of retribution which you don't express and isn't expressed in punishment, asshole moron.

Actually you are the first anarcho I am aware of who debates me that way. Not sure if those guys from my Climate Change Hoax Post were anarchos. I usually agree with anarchos on most problems and even on some solution.

STFU, you don't even understand anarchy, or non-agression principle, there is nothing to be aware with the view of your anus in full perspective, tell me again how laws and punishments stop people ever, and how banning guns is a solution to stopping people also.

For some reason you tried to bring camp- thinking and a vs-mentality into the debate with me. Not sure why you are so triggered.

Demonstrate I did that asshole.

On behalf of all asshole...

A hierarchy is a system or organization in which people or groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority.

Sort:

authority to describe how the system functions, not to tell you that it's ok to do immoral acts

REALLLYLLYLLYLLYLLYLLLYLYLYLL!?!??!?!?!??!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!?!?)??"!?

then why you so triggered by the word authority?!?!?! Are you actually schizophrenic?!

Vengeance can imply retribution, they mean exactly the same things.

Yup, your brain is actually not processing correctly if you don't see the contradiction in that.

Demonstrate I did that asshole.

I really don't know what you are trying to say here, bro. I think I broke you. Sorry, I tend to brake things I play with :)

lol, I have committed a "selective bias was a fallacy" by copy pasting the definition of organization. Sorry that I did not include the parts that were meaningless.

"What is the contradiction (facepalm)" Nah at this point my social self is fed up. Use your abomination of a brain to figure it out yourself.

Well, I only turn the cheek so often. But I am no person that does not grant merci:

"Vengeance can imply retribution, they mean exactly the same things."

"can" is the import word here, it indirectly states that vengeance does not imply retribution at least some of the time. Therefore the only none contradicting statements you could have made are:

"Vengeance implies retribution, they mean exactly the same things."

"Vengeance can imply retribution, they sometimes mean exactly the same things."

I would rather agree with the 2nd statement but anyways getting hung up about what is the right definition is not healthy. We should just agree on one and move on to actually discussing topics instead of words.

... you agreed on the punishment of outlawing murderers (Vogelfreiheit). Yet you still argue that punishment is wrong as a concept.

Definitions in dictionaries are just a mere reflection of the most common definitions. So we just need to get the definition straight for us at this point. Punishment is for me preventing the incident to happen again and resocialize the person in question. I don't want to condition criminal humans, I want to help them

'Making a thing whole again' or what you call 'resituation' is a concept that has been frowned upon in any decent philosophy. Things change, I hope you do too some day
