Looking strong in the upper arms. Nice work.
on the contrary, I think the video distorts reality...that's one of my weakpoints :)
Wow, very interesting! Thank you for posting. As a fitness addict and competitor, I've tried fasting a few times - I mainly LOVE and enjoy fasted cardio. You feel the burn. Props to you because I don't think I could ever fast that long. I love food too much!! Check out my page for fitness tips & workouts 😊 Cheers!
nice to meet you Ilona!
Nice to meet you as well!
for some reason I read this as "internet fasting" and thought to myself "that's a great idea", to have some downtime from the internet and electronics lol.
anyway, good luck on your program. It does sound pretty difficult to go that long without eating. Are you still doing liquids? or absolutely nothing?
once you get used to it, it's very easy...and you become more productive since you shift your focus from food every couple of hours. I drink water and black coffee during the fasting window.
Nice to meet another person who is into IF. At the start of my cutting phase, I've tried keto diet. After losing 22 lbs, I switched to IF. IF is a great way to keep your metabolism rate high. Though I prefer 16 hour window. Looking forward for your progress. Keep up the good work. :)
Kindly check my blog @rahul516. I write fitness stuff. Follow if you like it.
Upvoted and followed.
16 hours is probably the easiest way to go. it's kindof effortless if you ask me. thanks for the input.
Yeah I know, but being a programmer, my job is to sit in front of desk 8-10 hours. Still I manage to hit gym 4-5 days a week. If I'm in a rapid fat loss, I'd prefer keto. But currently I'm on a bulk.
how many kcals you eat per day?
@cristi I've checked your blog and you've got more posts than I can read in a month (and that's if I stop reading everyone else).
Can you give a quick overview of your progress?
Where you started, how long it's been and where you're at now?
Any health issues that you cleared up?
Thanks.
I cant provide a quick overview because I'd rather not want to oversimplify things to the point of being irrelevant and imprecise. if you have specific questions, I'd be glad to provide my insight, but boiling my life down to one sentence, not gonna happen.
OK.
How long have you been practicing Intermittent Fasting?
intermittently, since 2014.
Please accept my intermittent upvote. ;-)
