I'm really starting to get into this, and it feels really good after each workout session. I'm still highly motivated and this might sound a bit corny, but I'm really looking forward to be able to work out regularly for the rest of my life. Although today I was so exhausted that I slept for almost 4 hours when I got home. That also felt good.
Congrats!! Sounds like a fitness lifestyle change to me!! That is Awesome!!! :)
Yeah, I never thought this would happen. Absolutely awesome :) Thanks for the encouraging words!
You are very welcome!! It is a great feeling indeed!
When you're sleeping, your body is growing. Make sure you eat well to support the new demand. Your muscles will be screaming at you for it if you don't! Well done.
Most definitely. I've been quite conscious about this and have noticed that I get hungry more quickly than before. I try to eat at least 5 meals a day (or every 3 hours approximately).
This is good to hear bud, it definately becomes a way of life. When I first started this is what happened to me, just started to really get into it. Then you start putting on muscle and there is no turning back :)
I'm noticing this too. I was actually discussing it with my friend that I exercise with. We've always been non-exercisers, and joked about now that we love exercise more and more, if our old personalities would completely disappear and that we would become exercise people that we always have made jokes about.
So when we talk to other people we know, our answer will now be "yeah, no sorry. We're all about exercise now". Sounded funnier in spoken form, but still :)
Haha yep it has begun. I was the same and really didn't see the point in training and could never see myself as a body builder. Nek Minit.
Now I would rather spend my saturday night in the gym rather than catching up with friends.
