The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.

  • If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.

  • It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.

  • 30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.

  • I'll award 1 SBD to each person who reaches every 10,000 rep milestone. So far, 7 SBD have been paid out.

My Daily Challenge Completed - 200 reps:

-100 Bar Back Rows (75 pounds)
-100 reps (1 hour walk counted as 1/2 hour)

My Daily Assessment:

-Went for a decent walk late night and came back to churn through some standard and wide-grip back rows.

Feedback from @mightpossibly:

"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."

Feedback from @notorious562:

"I seriously cannot explain how much this group pushes and motivate me to keep working harder. I love this fitness community and the support and encouragement will help us achieve our goals."

Upvoting everyone today for another dedicated week of fitness and health....at least until my voting power lasts.

And upvoted everyone for yesterday's as well for a TGIF day. I've been out and about so I haven't been on this site much. Good job to all.

Thank you x100.

Thanks :)
You should start doing your own fitness post each day so I can upvote that too ^_^

Thanks for the suggestion and offer. I just posted my fitness blog for today.

Shout out to @thevillan for this amazing accomplishment.

Thanks for the motivation brother!

Randomly 560 reps each. You guys are on the same cycle!

I know right! It's so crazy. I see that your increasing your reps. Nice work brother.
I'm hoping for more time tomorrow so I can get a killer workout in.

Kind of a leg day today.

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
1 tempo Front Squat (5 sec descent, 2 sec bottom)
2 regular Front Squat

Then for time:
21 Front Squat
21 burpee box jump
100 double under (counting 10=1)
15 Front Squat
15 burpee box jump
75 double under
9 Front Squat
9 burpee box jump
50 double under

Solid workout, those box jumps sure aint easy

They were a disaster comming out of 21 unbroken front squats. My hamstrings were so full of lactate I nearly lost my ability to jump. :)

Daily Challenge Completed - 200 reps:
-100 Bar Back Rows (75 pounds)
-100 reps (1 hour walk counted as 1/2 hour)

Great to see you have upped your reps m8 :)

Thanks. The walking reps were just to burn a few calories. I need to raise the bar on my lifting reps big time, but it's tough when you're on 80 straight days and trying to pace it and keep limber. It'll be trickier with baseball when I need to pitch a complete game and play a second game right after. At least I'll have a jump start on my conditioning vs last year.

Still a great effort, you could have skipped the walking but you didn't ;)
Some of those pro baseball players are jacked, so I reckon you could pack on a fair bit of muscle and still be fast and flexible enough to kick ass.

Great job everyone!! My entire family has been sick including me with an allergy flare up since Sunday! Have not been on this site at all until yesterday! But so happy to see that so many are still pushing through!! I will be back hopefully next week!😊

I was getting worried that you lost the fire, but am glad to see you'll be back. Get well soon.

Thanks so much!! 😊Ooh No!! My fire burns Eternally!!🔥🔥🔥 Lolololol I will be back with a vengence!!!!!!!🤣

It's the pits getting sick, hope you feel better soon. Smart move resting up :)

Yes, it definitely haults any kind of plans you think you got going on! Lolol But it is what it is and luckily no one got the horrible flu that is going around! I can deal with colds and runny noses! Lol Thanks so much for your kind words!

Hope you feel better! My family is headed in that direction :(

Thanks so much!! Ooh no, sorry to hear that! Stay hydrated my friend!

I have and some medicine is definitely helping. :)

Challenge completed - 268 reps:
leg and shoulder day
*s1=set 1 | s2=set 2 | s3=set3 etc.

  • 50 warmup reps with 3kg manual weights
  • 12x3 squats - s1: 12kg, s2: 16kg, s3: 18kg (36)
  • 12+10+8 lunges (1 rep = 1 rep for each leg) - s1: 8kg, s2: 10kg, s3:12kg (30)
  • 12+12+8 leg extensions (can't remember weights, but increasing for each set) (32)
  • 1 minute wall sit, no weights. 1 minute!!! (20)
  • 5 different shoulder exercises, machines, bar and manuals, 8-12 of each, 3 sets) (150)

I'm really starting to get into this, and it feels really good after each workout session. I'm still highly motivated and this might sound a bit corny, but I'm really looking forward to be able to work out regularly for the rest of my life. Although today I was so exhausted that I slept for almost 4 hours when I got home. That also felt good.

Congrats!! Sounds like a fitness lifestyle change to me!! That is Awesome!!! :)

Yeah, I never thought this would happen. Absolutely awesome :) Thanks for the encouraging words!

You are very welcome!! It is a great feeling indeed!

When you're sleeping, your body is growing. Make sure you eat well to support the new demand. Your muscles will be screaming at you for it if you don't! Well done.

Most definitely. I've been quite conscious about this and have noticed that I get hungry more quickly than before. I try to eat at least 5 meals a day (or every 3 hours approximately).

This is good to hear bud, it definately becomes a way of life. When I first started this is what happened to me, just started to really get into it. Then you start putting on muscle and there is no turning back :)

I'm noticing this too. I was actually discussing it with my friend that I exercise with. We've always been non-exercisers, and joked about now that we love exercise more and more, if our old personalities would completely disappear and that we would become exercise people that we always have made jokes about.

So when we talk to other people we know, our answer will now be "yeah, no sorry. We're all about exercise now". Sounded funnier in spoken form, but still :)

Haha yep it has begun. I was the same and really didn't see the point in training and could never see myself as a body builder. Nek Minit.

Now I would rather spend my saturday night in the gym rather than catching up with friends.

Oh it is great if i were there i wud have won over all odds...😁

I crush the gum every day. How do I record that?

A half hour of chewing in 15 reps and each bubble is a rep.
