It looks really great! I love sourdough breads, but I cant get myself to do the starter and always end up making regular yeast breads or quick scones.

I did not use a sourdough starter with this, instead I used LAB serum and a small amount of yeast?

LAB serum is easier to maintain and keep. I do end up with too much sourdough starter and waste lots of flour as it needs to be fed to keep going.

I never even heard of LAB serum :D
You mentioned that some people don't like sourdough and that's the only thing I know. My sister used to make it for a while. Then she stopped.

I love baking! Breads, cakes, cookies... you name it.
