It had been a bit quiet lately.
just posting no-substance posts isn't really that fun either, but we're definitely working on stuff daily, hoping to be able to update with something worthwhile here soon!
I understand you and the team are busy and I agree with you about the no-substance updates. But I do think updates of where the team is currently working on would be valuable. Maybe even with some sneak previews.
We're not fans of sneak previews cause we want the whole package to be done before doing so, i.e. our own environment, UI and VFX, and these things just take time along with being costly.
We could show some creatures and healers that are ready in a "sandbox" environment i guess
I would be interested in such updates. And I think regular updates would also attract some future players. All I see in the community now is fan art.
It doesn't have to be 2000 word blog. Just some small updates will do. To see that you are working in things and keep the game visible.
mostly fanart cause there's no game yet, there will be posts mostly about that when it launches I suppose. We're a small team, time spent making posts is time away from doing other things or having some free time and sanity, lol

I have few hundreds of Account Creation Tokens - anyone with enough HP can claim them. The tricky part is to use them, to actually create an account for somebody, who would start using it.

May take a while for Hive Engine to recover from latest issue. Transactions have been going through very slowly. I can view my coins on some nodes, but then the prices were crazy at times. I was a millionaire for a while today :) I hope the team can make it more robust.
I can see my coins by looking via the BeeSwap interface, but I don't know whether it's current or just a snapshot from 16 hours ago.
It seems to have caught up now. We just needed to be patient.
I hope that things will normalize as well, and here's a warning to see if we can change anything to avoid this kind of problem again. With a mistake comes experience so that it doesn't happen again.

it's complicated, if you didn't take someone's photo and post it without crediting them, I didn't see any reason for DV. Is this the first time this profile has done this to you? Or have you been voting for some time?
All the photos I posted in this platform are my own credit. @endhivewatchers has DV me for several time, but this is the first time @firstamendment has. What should I do?
Yeah, I really don't know what it could be then, endhivewatchers gives DV to everyone, to me too because I support the proposal that helps hivewatchers. What you can do is try to bookmark the first person's profile or find them on discord and try to talk.

Gold-green with a touch of red ... the sky is so full of silver light it is almost like looking at the beginning of the reflection in water of the scene below because of the branches coming down...
I'm happy you can see the nuance of colours. As this picture was taken in the fall, the leaves were losing their pigmentation and becoming almost translucent yellow-green like glass. It created a beautiful effect with the silvery light.
Autumn is my favorite time of year to photograph because the world to me becomes a stained-glass cathedral, for the reasons you mentioned ... this is such a fine photo!

I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound like one of those "let them eat cake" whales who think everything in #Splinterlands should be expensive, but 1 DEC is not a lot of money for renting a card at all. Right now, 1 DEC is $0.0006782. A fraction of a penny.
It's an interesting change, but I haven't yet seen in practice what it will be like for me, the value of the cards I rent.
Yeah, I don't rent a lot of cards myself. I get a few for brawls, but they're usually ones that are already cost more than 1 DEC because I have pretty much all of the very cheap cards that rent for less than 1 DEC.

I think one problem is, that too many cards are existing for too less players.
For sure, but people are starting to buy more cards in preparation of Survival Mode and land 1.75. It might get better. It's mostly the Chaos Legion cards that we have too many of.

Now that is an interesting tool! It tells if an account is a long-term investor, or an extractor.
KE ratio lower than 1 means the account has more HP than cumulated author and curation earnings.
KE ratio higher than 1 indicates accounts that have withdrawn rewards. Which is still cool. Unless they get to like 5+, then it seems kinda shabby.

Withdrawals are taking a while to go through and it may be having issues getting the latest balance. Just have to wait a while. I don't bother with the millionaire mission these days as I can make more from others.
Well, the only thing left to do is to carry out the normal missions and wait for everything to return to normal. I hope this moment passes soon.
