Uhm, I don't mean to be a bother, but I'll need you to decipher all of that, agent G-Dog. There appears to be a hidden message hidden in there somewhere, and we need to crack the code. I can read Enigma machines, and Pentagon encryption, but not this... Not surfer slang.
The secret code can be found here, or in sites like it. Shh, don't tell anyone.

Some translations were not decoded entirely, but I've learned enough about Grouchy's mission now. It appears that he had less of an ideal day on the waves.

ENGLISH: I was (excited) and paddled out. I saw a (rookie) have a go but he was (scared) and kept (jumping off) when things got (nasty). He wasn't a (surfer incapable of catching waves) but was certainly an (annoying beginner), for sure.
ENGLISH: I got (beyond where waves break) waited for my (good wave) and there it was. Before I knew it I was in the (inside of a barrel/wave), standing on that (surfboard), and I was (pumped). So there I was (well-positioned) and about to (grab the surfboard's rails) when I came across a fucking (bodyboarder) and I (sank) trying to avoid him. I took a (surfboard to the nuts) on the way down then got (knocked off) in the (whitewater).

Should we proceed with the missions to interrogate Grouchy, further? [Y/N]
Lol...Brah, you have way too much time on your hands.
Accurate translation though. Well done.
Lol, I think that took me at least 5 minutes, which is still longer than I would normally spend on the comments box XD
