This is an olympic grade recovery
It’s extremely relaxing although it probably looks the opposite when I’m doing an hour of sauna and 15 minutes in ice
So much mental clarity
Is it dry or the steam one? I cannot stay for more than 15 mins inside that sauna room.
Dry Sauna
I do steam sometimes if I want to feel fresh / clear out my lungs. Dry Sauna is where most of the health benefits from hyperthermic conditioning come in
I do twice a week 20 mins dry sauna. Not sure if that is enough or not.
