Has anyone else seen this when they login to blocktrades? Now they want:
Name, DOB, job, citizenship, DOC upload, and "a pic of your face and shoulders holding a paper with the word “BlockTrades” and the current date hand-written on it."
It’s been 410 days without alcohol and 91 days without cannabis. I cannot say the same about sugar. Sugar is a hell of a drug. I made it 7 days and succumbed to its temptations. 1 day in now.
haha yeah wine counts as alcohol, though if you're capable of moderation, I wouldn't say it's bad. I'm just incapable of moderation and I've proven that to myself many times over.
If you can't get away from sugar-- and I don't know anyone anywhere who can-- then at least make it work in your favor. Fruit snacks/smoothies/yogurt help you. Confectionary goods hurt you. Save the Twinkies for surviving a nuclear strike.

The screen on hive-engine froze at "Loading" on the transfer over the weekend and would not advance the transfer. It works perfectly now. Some here thought it was related to the recent HF. All is good now.

Soda> flavored water> fruit juice
Ice cream> frozen yogurt> flavored yogurt> plain yogurt with fruit (no added sugars)
Unhealthy fats> low fat> avacado, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc.
