Sure is! And you have to eat, so you have to to the supermarket and stuff like that. No one has to do drugs.

Know what I do? I step down:
Soda> flavored water> fruit juice
Ice cream> frozen yogurt> flavored yogurt> plain yogurt with fruit (no added sugars)
Unhealthy fats> low fat> avacado, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc.
That's a good way of dealing with it!

Sugar is difficult to curtail tbh.
haha yeah wine counts as alcohol, though if you're capable of moderation, I wouldn't say it's bad. I'm just incapable of moderation and I've proven that to myself many times over.

If you can't get away from sugar-- and I don't know anyone anywhere who can-- then at least make it work in your favor. Fruit snacks/smoothies/yogurt help you. Confectionary goods hurt you. Save the Twinkies for surviving a nuclear strike.
Yeah, I hear you. It's hard! It's like I'm compelled to go buy the stuff and binge on it. Next time I do that, I'll buy some frozen fruit and make a smoothie or something instead of buying a pint of ice cream.
That refined sugar is evil man.....and sooooo good. But since you shard that video about sugar a week or so ago I have cut 95% of that shit out. I feel ok I guess. It's only difficult for me right after a meal, I'm #programmed :/
I did so well for so long! Then I slipped, and now I just keep slipping. I'll just keep trying, that's all I can really do.
