Chris Ivany was minding his own business while shopping at a Canadian Tire
when he was suddenly and aggressively approached by their staff who then physically assaulted Chris all for exercising his mask exemption rights. Staff members at the Canadian Tire located in Burnaby came together to forcefully handcuff Ivany while he was being choked in a choke hold by one of the employees. Police arrived later and are investigating possible charges against Chris all while the mainstream media is running a smear campaign with propaganda suggesting that Chris is anti-mask, that he was the aggressor and that these “types of people” are dangerous, which is all completely untrue!

Right now it is what it is. Regardless if one doesn't like the mandate they have no right putting another person's business at risk of being shut down. In that regard this has gone beyond the issue of masking to personal loss and risk associated with that loss. If the virus ends up being not as bad as portrayed then eventually people will figure it out and revolt in numbers to large to ignore or enforce, if ultimately it is a bad as they say then I'd say until the realization of either of those points the man is in the wrong for not only putting the owner at risk of shut down or losing his business but also putting others at risk. In no way though should any body have a right to be tackling people over it, that should be left up to law enforcement.

He was told to get out of the store. He refused to. This is trespassing. He should have left.
I am not sure about this. I only find info. on ticket / fine on violation, nothing say store have right to tackle and tie up the guy.
Even if the store may have right to demand "dress code" and reject customers, these employee have no enforcement rights and should have waited for police to take action. Hope to see a big lawsuit against these jokers to set things straight.

Check with any lawyer--but if a store advertises to sell to the public, then that is an invite to come in and shop, it's not private property during business hours. There are at least 2-3 mask exemptions this man (or anyone) can claim. These exemptions are listed in the Ministerial Order--but the MSM won't talk about it. Remember, the BC Provincial Health Officer Bonny Henry who ordered the mask mandate admits to the exemptions an says they should be respected. The MSM under it's corportate masters are initiating a Mask witchhunt. Masks do not protect you from illness, Bonnie Henry herself said this under oath in a court of law a few years back.
He didn't claim any exemption which is one problem with that argument. The store is under a mask mandate order, doesn't matter what the person walking in feels about the mask the owner has a right to order him out of the store given that not doing so could result in him being shut down. I disagree they had any right what so ever to even touch the man, that should have been left up to the cops period....but they do have a right to protect that which will get taken from them by not requiring those entering the store to mask up.

In Burnaby, BC RCMP officers have ticketed young couples on a date in a restaurant for not social distancing enough, even when sitting across the dinner table from one another.
Mask mandate orders are Ministerial, they are not laws, they do not trump legislation. The same Ministerial Order, The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, The Canadian Human Rights Act, The BC Public Health Act, The B.C. Human Rights Act, and The BC Emergency Program Act M425, all clearly state the Mask Exemptions are given for under age children, and people with health (physical and psychological) reasons and other disabilities. When people claim an exemption they are not required to show proof of their medical condition because of Health Information Privacy Rights in BC.

The mask mandate here in BC, Canada was initiated with pressure from special interest groups and corporations on Privincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry who worked previously for the Gates Foundation.
Still the problem is he did not attempt to mention he was exempt based on medical criteria exemptions to the mandate. He does not have to go into an explanation of his medical condition, that's the same here, they are not allowed to ask the specifics of but none the less he needs to express a medical exemption.
There is a still further problem. The reason he may have acted as he did: not claiming an exemption, he may be a set-up/crisis actor. His behavior is valuable to the Mask Nazi agenda by creating a violent scene to make us pro-breather/mask exemption people look bad, even though he is obviously not one, still the MSM has lumped him in with us. Masks worn for long periods of time (anything over 10 minutes) are harmful to your health. Any neurologist who is honest will tell you this: less oxygen to the brain leads to brian damage, and in the case of masks can lead to bacterial pneumonia and strep throat.
We so far haven't seen an increase in those dangerous activities being listed anywhere.

There's nothing wrong with people erroring on the side of caution, there just isn't enough out there yet convincing enough to do otherwise, people will eventually figure it out if they are being scammed.

There is always a point of reckoning, some never even have given to a point of reckoning they just jumped right to the conclusion this is all about a great reset. For many maybe they consider we are past the jumping to conclusions stage, they've had ample time now to configure what this virus is and feel confident enough with the data out there how they move forward dealing with it personally, that conflicts with authorities, they've moved past the day of reckoning within themselves, drawn their own conclusions, now it's how do you reach a happy medium between those who have and those who have not and those who just plain are happy to oblige the government....there are many out here making more off unemployment than when they were working not giving any forethought into they may not have a job to return to...those ones.
I've told my kids you have to find some sort of medium between the two, if you totally fall for one there may be a chance you'll never have a job left, best to keep your job and we all apply caution to how we watch out for each other and move about with other people until this thing gets figured out. This has not been easy for us, I had one son who had a complete breakdown after this virus complicated what was already a complicated time in his life. He's done a miraculous job of pulling himself back together lately and those whole string of sorry virus events has led to both of my sons advance to find really good paying jobs because a lot of people don't want to be out there working. Each step was a process in reckoning with everything around us, how do we establish a medium to keep going. We can't leave it up to others to determine whether we live in fear or we move forward the best we can figure out. My kids say I am more overly cautious then they are but that's because the data has shown they are less at risk of dying then older people so even though they convey their thoughts to me they also respect my right to move forward a bit more hesitant. They wear regular cloth mask I wear a n95 mask, they don't wear a mask in the car but I always have a mask on in the car if others are in the car. We didn't gather our entire families together for Christmas I went individually to their homes and I wore a mask. Once my grandkids were out of school for four days showing no sings of illness I took them for a number of days. We've gathered for more outside activities like sledding, winter art festivals instead of having a Sunday dinner inside together. So when we oblige by the rules it's not necessarily because we are told to do so we look at it as a variety of reasons, we realize there are people who feel they are being forced against their rights but we also look at it as respecting the well being of others because there's so many variable involved here.
As for the power what I have been seeing is a slight twist in the opposite direction for some of the players involved. People who installed upon them so much power slowly eroding a big chunk of that power away from them. They are learning they aren't as powerful as they thought they were. If they keep it up they'll be the ones banished to the trash heap of history. I think ultimately the political powerbrokers are going to find out in the end the same result. I don't know exactly how that will all play out yet but I have all the confidence in the people to make it happen. My ideology is tiptoe around the whole situation and let those in the underbrush take care of it because ultimately they will and when the time comes we will, and it will, we will be right behind them, they know that.
Another reason I remain skeptical is because how this whole thing seems to be playing out. In China at the beginning what we saw, which comes as no surprise, people just left to drop dead on sidewalks and be mass incinerated. We know this as a truth though some want to say it was just scare propaganda by the amount of satellite imaginary of their incinerators working overtime. It wouldn't surprise me at all that China's economy is rebounding due to the fact that to them people are just dispensable, they force them to go out there and work regardless of any precautions being in place or not, if someone dies who gives a crap, to them people are a dime a dozen. Here it's different, it seems or appears thus far to be a game of opening and closing, open it up until the hospitalizations and deaths start to become overwhelming then shut them back down. This does suck for those in the hospitality sector but it does appear to be how they are playing the game. That is just if we are playing a game based on a virus...
now if we are playing a game based on the great reset I can't help to throw into the equation the fact that if you were going to do a great reset you'd go after your strongest economies, being California and New York....but stern shut downs are leading to massive protest which are leading to people wanting to oust you one way or the other....that means losing one's own power so they open up regardless...can it be possible that those in the ultimate power do not like that and all of a sudden now there's an even more powerful version of the virus floating around in those states? This scenario assumes that everything can be controlled: Viruses like humans like plants, animals, etc.
Do you believe that people can produce such excellent bioweapons that exactly match their own targets and hit exactly what they hope to hit?
I mean, really think about it: If you think such a thing is possible, what would be the job of the scientist hired to do it? Invent a virus that is deadly but doesn't kill everyone? It should only be very dangerous for the over 80s, but not for children or younger people? And then this agent tries it and fiddles around with rats and other mammals, when they get infected and how, what other conditions have to be there for the respective chosen old animals to die selectively, or how? In the process, of course, this so-called researcher also knows which of his experimental animals are pre-diseased, whether they have particular weaknesses or strengths, and he tinkers on and on until he finally claims to have found the right cocktail. Thereupon he is rewarded and then others come along who go off and .... and ...
what do they do? They inject themselves (haha) or are they secret agents among the doctors who inject small children and sick people without anyone knowing about this new cocktail? Or do they inject some animals and hope that they will infect people? How would such a deliberately manufactured virus actually be circulated?
So my guess is: not at all. Firstly, because I don't believe in the infallibility of virus research, and secondly, because it would basically be too much trouble to produce something like this reliably without masses of human subjects; animal experiments or not.
On the other hand, it is much easier to pretend that there is a deadly virus, hammer penetratingly and consistently into people's heads that we are dealing with a plague and they will believe it, so bombarded by the media. Then, subsequently, give them a vaccination and millions of volunteers emerge to accompany the latest human experiment.
Can all this be "on purpose"? I don't know and I don't actually think so. I guess it has to do with how we modern humans believe in threats and technology nowadays. Those ones, who have the power and means to do what they think is right, indeed may think that what they do is humanly correct. They believe their own stories and may fear overpopulation, environmental pollution and that man destroys his own habitat. Now, inwardly those characters or parts of their personalities think that they must do something about these miseries. Save the world from what they think is a threat.
Only, nothing will come of it, just as it did before the experiment, as incidentally with all so-called cures that are supposed to bring salvation, that is, once and for all, and promise to eradicate something. These things change absolutely nothing about the fact that people die, with and without prior illness, unpredictably and unexpectedly, just as they do not die even though they are old or ill. What remains is the eternal fact that the old die more than the young.
But a mass death that is supposed to be caused by a virus alone is not realistic, because there is hardly anything on earth that causes such unilateral deaths in masses. The masses have always died because people have helped them along, through warfare, the use of machine fire and bombs, prison camps, the denial of shelter and food. Once whole peoples are plunged into misfortune, they are weakened and beaten (physically or mentally), their zest for life, their courage is at an all-time low, their biological as well as spiritual powers weaken, mass deaths seem to occur.
The fact that, for example, soldiers died at the time of the Spanish flu, at a time when millions of people were still stuck in filthy war trenches shooting at other people, millions were killed in combat and exposed to deadly gases, etc., is something people seem to forget when they talk about viruses and their omnipotence to kill.
and ... maybe modern people are so bored that they need and want something exciting, a new threat which kind of gives them something "meaningful" to do. "Saving lives" or "reduce egoism" or whatever.
It would be difficult but not impossible in gain of function research. You don't need as deadly a virus to kill off older people or those with severe illness as you would someone younger. It would seem logical if you wanted to produce such a virus then you'd find a cure first to immunize those you wouldn't want infected. We've know all along that hydroxychloroquine works not only to minimize serious illness but acts like a prophylactic to prevent one from getting the disease. The whole concept behind gain of function research is to enhance the most deadliest viruses you could find in nature so you can research a cure gaining an upper hand on the virus. If you didn't want people dropping dead by the millions you could control the amount of people it effected by enhancing the virus to be more deadlier. The kind of people that'd work a gain of function research as an objective to kill people would be people with a total disregard for human life, like the Chinese. Why would China want to do something of that nature is rather simple, to topple world governments to become the world's economic powerhouse. They've also been collecting human DNA of different races for years. I am not saying for one hundred percent sure that's what was or has been going on but I am convinced this virus came out of a lab and was not found in nature as it currently stands.
