The pain was very !DERANGED bad - it was like a knife that stuck in my left arm and got turned around all day long.

Yes, the nerves beamed the pain through my arm to the fingertips. It was a really !DERANGED bad pain.

Howdy today sir johannpiber! Hey, I forgot that yesterday was Friday which means that another week is done that you will not have to work again and you are one week closer to retirement!

Do you have to do any consistent exercises to make sure the pain doesn't come back?

Yes, you are right, another week has gone by and I am 7 days closer to my freedom :)))

Yes, I should do some exercises, but since I don't feel any pain anymore I have stopped these.
I just try to sit more straight up and stand up from time to time, I stretch and bend my neck ... sounds !DERANGED I know ;)

Plus the hiking probably helps keep you strong. You should probably do more of that. lol.

Yes, I think my hikes and walks are good for me and my neck and my back ;)
If I had enough time I would know quite a few hikes which I would love to make, but these are long hikes which would take more than only one day.
