Yes, the nerves beamed the pain through my arm to the fingertips. It was a really !DERANGED bad pain.

Do you have to do any consistent exercises to make sure the pain doesn't come back?

Yes, I should do some exercises, but since I don't feel any pain anymore I have stopped these.
I just try to sit more straight up and stand up from time to time, I stretch and bend my neck ... sounds !DERANGED I know ;)

Plus the hiking probably helps keep you strong. You should probably do more of that. lol.
Yes, I think my hikes and walks are good for me and my neck and my back ;)
If I had enough time I would know quite a few hikes which I would love to make, but these are long hikes which would take more than only one day.
