Jolt Cola that I heard about many years ago as a popular drink amongst programmers, but I've never actually had it and I'm not sure if it's even been on sale in the UK. The slogan on this can was "All the sugar and twice the caffeine". I don't drink many fizzy drinks generally.What kind of #Inktober prompt is that? What sprang to mind was

Very nice! I remember Jolt! I never drank it, but I remember it. I am with you, I cut soda(for the most part) out of my diet quite a long time ago and I don't really regret it. Even now when I try to drink it, I can only take about a half a can or less. It just hurts to drink it.
Very cool. It was Inktober that brought my daughter into posting. We didn't know there was a prompt, but she was covered anyway with a witch theme. She's posted them on her profile at @kookaburrak.
I had forgotten all about Jolt cola. I drank some quite a way back, and yes it was from the IT guy who worked for a third party company that took care of our IT needs. He was Canadian and had some delivered via Amazon.
Personally didn't like it very much. It was not flat but also not that many bubbles. So a bit like a bottle of Pepsi that someone had left open for a couple of hours.
Mike thinks he has drunk a Jolt before. I have never heard of it.
Does it have added caffeine? Something has to give it the name.

Oh my, I like the way coffee tastes for that. Lot ofof peoplen America drink all kinds of premade drinks for caffeine.
I get most of my caffeine from coffee. One of the few drugs I indulge in :)
