Fat gets a bad rep, but it has essential vitamins and your body needs it, especially the brain.
Yeah I dont watch the fat per se, more of the carbs for me. I keep those down big time, being a diabetic too, it helps my blood sugar.
Same and I've been on and off the keto diet for the last year and feel my best when following it.
oh it's been fantastic for me. i dont 'miss' rice / potatoes at all. found some really good keto bread, blood sugar has been perfect since.

Well no land for #splinterlands it seems for a little while longer. While the view was to get it out by end of August the sentiment I got form it is we are looking more towards mid September. (speculation guess by me)
