Sort:

1 - The dough can be made from potatoes or a simple savory dough made with milk, wheat and butter. The traditional filling is shredded chicken and you can add olives for example. You can also fill it with whatever you like, like shredded meat, shrimp, cheese and ham.

2 - It's a type of sweet created in Brazil, the "brigadeiro" is made with condensed milk and chocolate. It's delicious and it's very common to have it at children's parties.

3 - It is a preparation with black beans and some pieces of pork, pepperoni and beef if you prefer. Great meal on the Brazilian table. The photo may not be that inviting, but I assure you it's delicious.

#1 sounds very good.

You're right, because for me the coxinha is very delicious. Even my wife and I do it when it’s our children’s birthdays.

It is also a great option for a snack or even dinner. I believe you have good cooking skills.

I can give you the recipe.

Send me the recipe :)

For frying:

Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:
Filling:
In a pan, heat the oil or olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the chopped tomato and cook until it starts to break down.
Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the chopped parsley and mix.
Set the filling aside.

Dough:
In a large pan, add the chicken broth, milk, butter, and chicken bouillon cubes.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once it starts boiling, add the all-purpose flour all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until it forms a homogeneous dough that pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Continue stirring the dough for about 2 to 3 minutes to cook the flour well.
Transfer the dough to a smooth surface greased with a bit of oil. Let it cool slightly.

Wow! It turns out there is a sequel! :)

Assembly:

With oiled or greased hands, take small portions of dough and shape into balls.
Flatten each ball in the palm of your hand to form a disc.
Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the disc.
Close the dough around the filling, shaping it into a coxinha (teardrop shape).
Dip the coxinhas into the beaten eggs, then coat them in breadcrumbs.

Frying:
Heat the oil in a deep pan or deep fryer to a medium-high temperature (about 180°C or 350°F).
Fry the coxinhas until they are golden brown all over.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

This was one of the most detailed recipes I've ever read, thank you! :)

You are welcome. If you want a better way to find out how to prepare it, search on YouTube.

Maybe it doesn't match your language, but I believe it's possible to add subtitles.

LOL I cant cook for crap.

I can boil water.

LOL

Boiling water is quite simple. It's now used to cook the potatoes. 😁

Havent you learned that I am a simple guy.

I am like plain paper.

Ah... but I believe you should make something really cool for yourself to eat at home.

Looking at this book, it seems like one of those books with tips on how to understand a woman's mind. No wonder the book has blank pages. 😁

... not everyone knows how to boil water :)

The numbering is read from left to right.

1 - Coxinha
2 - Brigadier
3 - Feijoada

What I mean is what is #1? What is Coxinha?

2 - Brigadeiro

Very good for children's parties. But for adults there is no season, as it is easy to make and for dessert it is always good.

Damn you are making me hungry.

Well, today I went out to take my children to get vaccinated so I had a late lunch today. I am satisfied.

But the intention was to make you really hungry. LOL

Looks good.

Do you make that?

I did a lot when I studied at college, as there was a time when I sold. There in 2017 or so...

Nowadays, if I'm going to make it, it's just for my own consumption. I assure you it's very tasty. There are several ways to make the dough.

Mine tastes similar to potato dough (but without potatoes). We bread it with breadcrumbs and fry it in oil. It's delicious.
