It does look very springy! A few more days of snow for us then we have a 70° day next week. Yay!
We will probably have our first day at 70 next week, but for almost all of March it has been 55-60 ... winter was mild except for some TRULY savage storms.
We were having a pretty mild March until about a week ago. Then all the snow came. Here's to both our warmer weather next week.

i agree but the only problem with hive debit card is that the recipient of the payment needs to have a hive account, which for me is hard to find. with pixbee it sends the person Brazilian Real... currently only useful in brazil, and revolving around vaiprondes pix account ...

Two years ago we visited Cypriot Paphos. Were glad to return home in some ways, the hotel was dreadful, the town not so bad, the harbour was lovely. Not convinced we’ll ever go back… but this location looks lovely!

I have 17 Hive hubs but can't upgrade either. I had a honey pot but lost it. Apparently I don't long post enough or have too much liquid hive to qualify for honey pots. I think it is more to encourage newer accounts to grow their HP.

Wow, making 8 to 10 hp a day is sensational. Mine's getting about 2 hp a day, in fact I'm on a rollercoaster, so one day it gets more than 2 and on another it gets around 1.5 to 1.9 if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, soon it'll only be 2 hp a day!

Yesterday's show with Acidyo brought forth the "should we downvote" conversations again- 8 years of the same. Truth is that in the quest of of having a perfect ecosystem, one without abuse, we might just kill the host.
There's no perfect system. Do you remember when some people made thousands on a post? I was making cents then. DVs have real uses as there is a lot of gaming the system going on. Putting limits on things is tricky to get right. Who decides on them?

It doesn't need to be perfect, but the rewards could be distributed in a fairer way.
But are downvotes the right solution for that? I don't think so.
I think the focus should be on the upvoters. I think you'll need to do something about auto-votes and 'overrated' posts.
I think the only "solution" is to change the algos for the trending page. Front end fix. Posts without engagement, without organic views, get filtered out. So someone who is autovoted to trending is not part of the showcase.
I don't think changing the algos is the only solution. I've proposed a max reward for content quite a few times. I don't know if it is technically possible, but that would force users to vote on other posts.

A value in US dollars and an amount 'the community' decides is the max for a blogpost.
Don't forget you can send a tip when you think a post deserves more.

The big votes often go to the same users. Is it just a curation trail and if you are part of that trail you get your regular upvotes?
