For a long time now, someone keeps sending me a few Satoshi every week to an old wallet I no longer use. I got around $20 out of it December last year.
I just received an email notification of a drop into wallet a few minutes ago and decided to open it and check. $0.45 sitting there from where I don't know.
It depends, I use calculators a lot (mainly Google search / Excel / AI) even for basic calculations. But in my videos I try to do as much manually as practical. So, if one doesn't do math a lot, I recommend doing some manual calcs as well!

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk joins U.S. President Donald Trump during an executive order signing in the Oval Office at the White House on Feb. 11, 2025 in Washington, DC.
In a report on Tuesday, Oppenheimer analysts wrote that the "autonomy competition may limit [Tesla] profitability." Even if Tesla meets its June 2025 timeline for driverless cars in Texas, the company is "one of several autonomous technology providers, suggesting competition on price and performance," they wrote.
In addition to running Tesla, Musk is CEO of SpaceX, owns social media company X and is head of artificial intelligence startup xAI. He's also spending significant time these days in Washington, D.C., running the "Department of Government Efficiency" (DOGE) as a special government employee, aiming to slash federal spending, personnel, regulations and even entire agencies.

Gabbard, a military veteran and former Democratic congresswoman from Hawaii, was confirmed by a 52-48 vote, with Democrats opposed in the sharply divided Senate where Republicans hold a slim majority.
The only "no' vote from a Republican came from Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.
"In my assessment, Tulsi Gabbard failed to demonstrate that she is prepared to assume this tremendous national trust," McConnell wrote in a statement.
"The nation should not have to worry that the intelligence assessments the President receives are tainted by a Director of National Intelligence with a history of alarming lapses in judgment.
Gabbard's past praise of Snowden drew particularly harsh questions during her confirmation hearing. Snowden, a former National Security Agency contractor, fled to Russia after he was charged with revealing classified information about U.S. surveillance programs.
Gabbard said, while Snowden disclosed important facts about such programs that she believes are unconstitutional, he violated rules about protecting classified secrets.
"Edward Snowden broke the law," she said.
Gabbard's 2017 visit with Assad was another flashpoint. He was recently deposed following a brutal civil war in which he was accused of using chemical weapons.

Whatley said that the RNC's immediate focus is backing the president.
"Right now we are doing everything we can to support the president and this agenda because this is an American agenda," he said. "It's a common sense agenda. We want to see these Cabinet nominees get moved through and then we're already into the '26 election cycle.
Now Jesus is arrested and we segue to the trial. There has been much debate about this. One thing for certain is that crucifixion is punishment for sedition against Rome and stoning is the Jewish punishment for crimes against the religion, so Pilate must have been convinced of the reality of Jesus’ crimes against Rome in order to condemn him. We know so little about Pilate and have no primary source information about this episode, so it’s hard to guess what was in his mind. I doubt that he was the wimp portrayed in the Gospels – letting the Pharisees talk him into killing Jesus.
“So when Pilate saw that he was gaining nothing, but rather that a riot was beginning, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd saying, “I am innocent of this man’s blood; see to it yourselves.” But they can’t see to it themselves and at the same time use the Roman punishment. In the next sequence Roman guards take him to the Praetorium were he is scourged – totally under control of the Romans.
The researchers analyzed how these shells determine the folding angles and the air pressure needed for movement, confirming their findings through experiments and simulations. By combining different snap modules, they created adaptable designs capable of various functions, including moving across different surfaces and grasping objects in unconventional ways. Ths innovation simplifies soft robotics while expanding its potential applications.
Parallel to the work of Paul and the Jerusalem Christians was the effort to document the life of Jesus. In the beginning there was no reason to write about Jesus’ life because the world was about to end. But it didn't! When would it end? No one knew. By the time Mark was written (circa 60 A.D.) the church was already three decades removed from the life of Jesus. New generations were being converted and these individuals wanted to know more about Jesus and his life. The Church’s answer was to document events previously related only by word of mouth.
Circa 6 A.D. a revolutionary movement was begun by Judas of Galilee to oppose the Romans for their renewal of taxes and oppressive behavior toward the Jews. The movement’s members resembled bands of robbers rather than an army and were organized locally and not coordinated as a national army. Labeled “zealots” by some, these freedom fighters should not be confused with the zealot faction that acted later, during the siege of Jerusalem. With or without a name, these groups operated for decades acting on their passionate desire to free Israel from bondage.
During the early stages of the resistance, the Romans, under the command of Sabinus, were threatened by repeated attacks of Judas so they called on Varus to bring reinforcements from Syria. His army formed a wave moving north to south, destroying all in their path, crucifying two thousand, and temporarily scattering the insurgents.

But despite Canada’s surprisingly rapid recovery after the downturn of the strikes, insiders acknowledge that challenges remain. The hypercompetitive locations business has become even more crowded, with countries all over the planet boosting incentives and tax breaks to lure lucrative Hollywood productions to their shores.
“The rise of a city, which swelled into an empire, may deserve, as a singular prodigy, the reflection of a philosophic mind. But the decline of Rome was the natural and inevitable effect of immoderate greatness. Prosperity ripened the principle of decay; the causes of destruction multiplied with the extent of conquest; and as soon as time or accident had removed the artificial supports, the stupendous fabric yielded to the pressure of its own weight. …The victorious legions, who, in distant wars, acquired the vices of strangers and mercenaries, first oppressed the freedom of the republic, and afterwards violated the majesty of the purple.
The emperors, anxious for their personal safety and the public peace, were reduced to the base expedient of corrupting the discipline which rendered them alike formidable to their sovereign and to the enemy; the vigor of the military government was relaxed and finally dissolved by the partial institutions of Constantine; and the Roman world was overwhelmed by a deluge of barbarians.
“I. The Romans were ignorant of the extent of their dangers and the number of their enemies. The flying tribes who yielded to the Huns assumed in their turn the spirit of conquest; the endless column of barbarians pressed on the Roman empire with accumulated weight; and, if the foremost were destroyed, the vacant space was instantly replenished by new assailants.
Rod Serling’s personal life was marked by the deep commitment he had to his family, despite the demanding nature of his career. He married Carol Serling, whom he met during their time at Antioch College. Their relationship blossomed into a lasting partnership that would help sustain him through the pressures of television writing and production. While Serling often worked long hours, sometimes up to 12 hours a day, he made it a point to be present for his daughters, balancing his professional obligations with parental responsibilities.
Bugsy Siegel, born Benjamin Siegel in Brooklyn on February 28, 1906, began his criminal career in the rough neighborhoods of Williamsburg. As a teenager, he honed his extortion skills, targeting local pushcart vendors. His early foray into crime led to a partnership with Meyer Lansky, and together they formed the Bugs-Meyer Gang, which engaged in various illegal activities, including robbery and murder. This marked the start of Siegel’s reputation as a ruthless player in the burgeoning world of organized crime, where he quickly made a name for himself within the Jewish mob.
In 1946, after years of enduring Siegel’s philandering ways, Esta decided to end their tumultuous marriage. She moved herself and their daughters back to New York, distancing them from the shadows of Bugsy’s lavish yet dangerous lifestyle. Siegel continued to be a controversial figure, and his relationship with his daughters became strained as they grew older. Though Esta remained protective of her children, their lives would always carry the weight of their father's infamous legacy in organized crime.
At UNC, Wolfe was an active contributor to campus life, serving as an editor for The Tar Heel, the university's student newspaper, and winning the Worth Prize for Philosophy with his essay titled "The Crisis in Industry." Graduating in 1920, he sought to further his education by entering Harvard University's Graduate School for Arts and Sciences, aiming to become a professional playwright. Wolfe's time at Harvard, particularly in the influential 47 Workshop, helped shape his literary style, preparing him for the tumultuous journey ahead in New York City, where he ultimately found his voice as one of America's leading novelists.
As Wolfe’s career advanced, conflicts mounted not only with Perkins but also within himself regarding his writing style and the expectations of his audience. Following his departure from Scribner, he joined Harper & Brothers, seeking greater creative freedom. However, Wolfe's struggles didn't end with a new publisher; he faced the challenge of reconciling his artistic vision with the commercial demands of the literary world. His ambition to produce provocative and expansive works often clashed with the more conventional approaches favored by editors, leaving him to navigate the complexities of his evolving identity as a novelist. This constant tug-of-war between creativity and acceptability defined much of his professional life, shaping his legacy as a writer who pushed the boundaries of narrative form.
Thomas Wolfe's net worth during his lifetime was challenging to quantify, especially given the tumultuous nature of his career and the Great Depression's impact on publishing. As a prolific writer, both his manuscripts and published works brought him some financial stability, yet his earnings fluctuated significantly over his career. The publication of his first major novel, "Look Homeward, Angel," earned him considerable acclaim, and his involvement with editor Maxwell Perkins helped enhance his reputation. However, payments for his works were often less than expected, leading to ongoing financial issues that plagued him throughout his life.
Kant's magnum opus, the "Critique of Pure Reason", published in 1781, stands as one of the most influential texts in philosophical scholarship. In this groundbreaking work, he explored the ways in which reason and sensory experiences inform knowledge and comprehension of the world. Kant introduced the revolutionary concept that the mind actively structures experiences, allowing individuals to grasp reality's underlying principles. This focus on the interrelation between human cognition and experience laid the groundwork for subsequent philosophical inquiry, solidifying Kant's legacy as a key figure in the landscape of modern thought.
Kant’s ability to earn from academia was supplemented by his published works. His critical writings, including the transformative "Critique of Pure Reason," not only contributed to his intellectual legacy but also established him as a valuable scholar in philosophical and educational circles. Although these publications may not have provided immediate financial gain, they solidified his status and indirectly enhanced his academic income through heightened demand for his lecturing and tutoring services. His commitment to philosophical inquiry and education was central to his financial situation and greatly impacted the academic landscape of his era.
“He exterminated the Silingi, who had irretrievably ruined the elegant plenty of the province of Boetica. He slew, in battle, the king of the Alani; and the remains of those Scythian wanderers, who escaped from the field, instead of choosing a new leader, humbly sought a refuge under the standard of the Vandals, with whom they were ever afterwards confounded. The Vandals themselves, and the Suevi, yielded to the efforts of the invincible Goths. The promiscuous multitude of Barbarians, whose retreat had been intercepted, were driven into the mountains of Gallicia; where they still continued, in a narrow compass and on a barren soil, to exercise their domestic and implacable hostilities.”
With the Spanish war complete, the Visigoths established themselves in Aquitaine under the ecclesiastical control of Bordeaux. Their neighbors were the Burgundians who controlled upper Germany and the Franks who controlled lower Germany. After his death, Wallia was succeeded by Theodoric, a forward thinking man who had his six sons educated in Roman jurisprudence at the best schools in Gaul.
The other component of our Roman-Gothic alliance is the singular personality Flavius Aetius. Born in Moesia to a Scythian father and an Italian mother, Aetius served much of his childhood as a hostage: first with Alaric (405-408 A.D) and then with Rugila, king of the Huns. Those experiences aided Aetius in two ways: he developed a comfort with military life and he became friends with his adversaries.
At the age of 18, Hickok moved westward in 1855 to Kansas, where he initially took up farming. However, his involvement with General James Lane's Free State forces during the tumultuous period of Bleeding Kansas propelled him into a life of law enforcement. Shortly thereafter, Hickok was elected constable of Monticello Township in Johnson County, Kansas. It was this early engagement with law enforcement that crafted his identity and reputation as a skilled marksman and lawman, laying the groundwork for his future roles as sheriff in Hays City and marshal in Abilene.
Wild Bill Hickok, well-known for his remarkable skills as a sharpshooter and gunfighter, also gained notoriety as a gambler. His experiences during the Wild West era allowed him to engage in various gaming establishments where he put his luck and skills to the test. The combination of his sharp wit and experience made him a formidable opponent at the poker table. While exact records of his net worth remain elusive, it is believed that the gambler's life allowed him to amass a moderate fortune, which fluctuated significantly due to the volatile nature of gambling.
Coco Chanel, born Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel on August 19, 1883, in Saumur, France, experienced a difficult childhood marked by poverty and loss. Her mother passed away when Chanel was just 12 years old, leading her father, a traveling salesman, to place her in a convent orphanage. There, she was raised by nuns who instilled discipline while teaching her the art of sewing—a skill that would later become foundational to her career in fashion. This early hardship and education fostered resilience and creativity, setting the stage for her iconic contributions to women's fashion.
Throughout his youth, Turner experienced life on several different plantations. In 1821, he made a daring attempt to escape from the plantation of Samuel Turner, Benjamin’s brother. After spending 30 days in hiding, he returned, convinced he had received a divine sign directing him to come back. Following a series of ownership changes, Turner eventually came to work under John Travis, where his experiences further deepened his understanding of the brutal realities of slavery. It was during this time that he became increasingly involved in religious activities, ultimately emerging as a preacher who sought to inspire his fellow enslaved individuals with a message of hope and liberation.
Nat Turner, a preacher and enslaved person, became a pivotal figure in American history due to his role in the 1831 revolt against the institution of slavery. On August 21, 1831, Turner led a rebellion in Southampton County, Virginia, which aimed to liberate enslaved people from their oppressors. Believing he was guided by divine signs, Turner gathered a group of 40 to 50 supporters who engaged in a violent uprising against white plantation owners, resulting in the deaths of approximately 55 men, women, and children. Turner's actions were fueled by a profound sense of purpose, as he had experienced visions believed to be messages from God compelling him to fight against oppression.
In 1960, Kennedy embarked on a historic presidential campaign, positioning himself against the seasoned Vice President Richard Nixon. Utilizing his charm and image effectively, he secured the Democratic nomination, choosing Lyndon B. Johnson as his running mate. The presidential election hinged on a series of impactful televised debates, where Kennedy projected a youthful vigor and confidence that contrasted sharply with Nixon's demeanor. On November 8, 1960, Kennedy's victory not only marked him as the youngest elected president but also as the first Catholic to hold the office, signifying a new era in American politics. His campaigns underscored a promise of progressive change and reinvigorated civic engagement, particularly aimed at combating social injustices and addressing critical international issues.
Together, John and Jackie Kennedy had four children. Their first pregnancy ended in tragedy with the stillbirth of a daughter named Arabella in 1956. They then welcomed their daughter Caroline in November 1957, followed by son John F. Kennedy Jr. in November 1960. The couple faced heartache once again when their son Patrick was born prematurely in August 1963 and lived only two days. Despite these trials, the closeness of the Kennedy family was apparent, and Jackie’s unwavering support for her husband was a defining feature of their life together, especially in the turbulent political landscape of the time.
Before "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", Channing honed her craft by appearing in productions like "Let's Face It" and "Proof Thro' the Night", gradually building her reputation in the New York theater scene. Her vibrant energy and comedic talent caught the attention of audiences and critics alike, paving the way for future successes. Following the popularity of "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", she starred in several other major productions, including "Hello, Dolly!", which further solidified her status as a Broadway star, winning her a Tony Award and a devoted fanbase. Through her remarkable performances and timeless roles, Carol Channing became a quintessential figure in the world of musical theater.
Carol Channing's vibrant career extended well beyond her landmark roles on stage, as she made significant contributions to voice acting throughout the latter part of her life. Her unique and recognizable raspy voice became a hallmark of her performances, allowing her to bring animated characters to life in several notable projects. She lent her vocal talents to the animated films "Shinbone Alley" in 1971, "Happily Ever After" in 1990, and "Thumbelina" in 1994. Moreover, Channing showcased her voice in popular television series, including "Where's Waldo?", "The Addams Family," and "The Magic School Bus," capturing the hearts of both children and adults alike.
Earp's legacy is intricately woven into the fabric of Western mythology, largely due to his involvement in the notorious conflict with the Clanton gang in Tombstone, Arizona. The O.K. Corral shootout on October 26, 1881, marked a climactic moment in the fight against lawlessness, solidifying Earp's fame. Although he faced significant challenges and personal losses, including the deaths of family members and close friends, Earp's story continued to evolve as he sought fortune and recognition. From running saloons to engaging with Hollywood's version of his life, Earp’s impact as a frontier lawman and legendary figure remains significant in both history and popular culture.
Wyatt Earp's final years were marked by a quest for recognition and stability as the American West transitioned into a more settled era. Accompanied by his partner Josephine Marcus, Earp navigated various ventures, including running saloons in California and Nome, Alaska. These pursuits were not merely for financial gain; they were a means for Earp to cement his place in a rapidly evolving society. Earp's life was a complex tapestry of law enforcement and opportunism, reflecting the restless spirit of a man who had once been a central figure in the wild, untamed West.

Trump said he and Putin agreed to work closely together and visit each other's nations.

Put to work by the Romans, he attacked Spain.
The year was 418 A.D.
